Cancellation Policy

Hello there, Before you lock in your appointment, let's go over a few important details to ensure everything goes smoothly. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is in place to ensure that both you and our trainers can make the most out of your session. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us adjust our schedules accordingly and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a slot. Now, we understand that sometimes life throws unexpected curveballs, so if you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your session, just let us know, and we'll work with you to find a solution. However, if you fail to show up for your session or provide notice within the 24-hour window without a valid reason, unfortunately, the session will be forfeited.
