HAPPY MONDAY YALL!
It’s the start of the work week and I know a lot of you have sedentary desk jobs. I’m pushing you to get movement in while working during the day! Movement is key! Get that blood moving. People think you have to get a crazy workout in to be beneficial but all movement is good movement! Try this workout every hour or 2 to get that blood moving!
Dead bugs x10
Bird dogs x10
Glute bridge x10
Pushups (knee*) x push yourself
Squats (jumping*) x10
Lunges x10
Jumping jacks x20
X2-3 rounds
